 #17-200 Tuff-Crete Smooth HB is an exterior masonry coating formulated for exterior surfaces of block, concrete, plaster, masonry,and brick to provide durability, breathability, flexibility and water resistance. This product is resistant to alkali and efflorescence and may be applied to concrete/masonry that is a minimum of 7 days old, preferably 30 days old, with a pH above 6 and below 13(See Surface Preparation). Excellent adhesion, ease of application, and good color retention are other outstanding features of this product. Due to the high solids, high film build of this product, #17-200 repels wind driven rain and keeps the substrate dry. #17-200 also prevents moisture from building up underneath the coating film by allowing interior water vapor to escape through the “breathable” paint film. This product can be used on any clean, above-grade exterior surface where a rich, smooth, water repellant finish is desired.

This premium paint has been formulated to have good cold temperature touch-up. This product combines the ease of application of latex paint with the durability of oil-based enamels. Unlike white oil-based enamels, the 22-600 line will not yellow has low odor, and is low VOC*. 22-600 is non-splattering and has excellent flow and leveling properties. This product is an excellent choice for hard service areas such as wood trim, kitchens, and bathrooms.
